Alex and I had a fantastic day shooting Mira & Jeff's intimate wedding at the Fess Parker resort in Santa Barbara. The couple lives in Toronto but decided to have a destination wedding in California. They were so laid back and just ready to get married! There is a huge wildfire burning right outside the city which made for some really amazing and dramatic lighting. It was really cool! (not the fire... but the light!) We got some fantastic shots alongside the photographers (Michael & Anna Costa) who we worked with for the first time and were absolutely great! And the same goes for the coordinator Ariel Yve who produced a flawless event for all the out of town guests. And of course... I'm a bit biased on the color scheme this couple chose: Brown & Blue! Congratulations Mira & Jeff... and I wish you lived closer so we could hang out with you again! It was such a priviledge to film your wedding. :)
